Thân mời các bạn sinh viên đến tham dự chương trình chiếu phim - học tiếng Anh miễn phí tại tầng 4, Trung tâm Học liệu lúc 14h ngày 24/01/2021 với diễn giả, người hướng dẫn: Ts. Châu Thiện Hiệp - Khoa Ngoại ngữ, trường Đại học Cần Thơ.

 
Tiếp nối sự thành công từ chủ để tâm linh của buổi chiếu trước, tuần này đội chiếu phim xin khép lại hoạt động năm nay với “bộ phim ma dễ thương” CUỘC HỘI NGỘ DIỆU KỲ CỦA COCO.
Bộ phim hoạt hình của Pixar này thể hiện xuất sắc hình ảnh đủ màu sắc cùng nhạc phim mang không khí tưng bừng của lễ hội, đảm bảo khơi dậy niềm hứng khởi xem phim. Lồng ghép vào phim là những sáng tạo mới mẻ về tâm linh khi mô tả “thế giới bên kia” nơi người chết “sinh sống” như thế nào, là tình yêu âm nhạc và tình cảm gia đình nồng ấm. Những cảnh phim hài hước pha trộn với những khoảnh khắc rúng động xứng đáng vừa trao đi tiếng cười và vừa lấy đi nước mắt của bạn.  
Phim hoạt hình phù hợp với mọi lứa tuổi, vừa ý nghĩa, vừa vui nhộn, vừa dễ thương, đã thế còn chiếu HOÀN TOÀN MIỄN PHÍ. Sao bạn lại bỏ lỡ được nhỉ?

Coco is a 2017 American computer-animated fantasy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Based on an original idea by Lee Unkrich, it is directed by him and co-directed by Adrian Molina. The film's voice cast stars Anthony Gonzalez, Gael García Bernal, Benjamin Bratt, Alanna Ubach, Renée Victor, Ana Ofelia Murguía and Edward James Olmos. The story follows a 12-year-old boy named Miguel who is accidentally transported to the Land of the Dead, where he seeks the help of his deceased musician great-great-grandfather to return him to his family among the living and to reverse his family's ban on music.
The concept for Coco is inspired by the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead. The film was scripted by Molina and Matthew Aldrich from a story by Unkrich, Jason Katz, Aldrich and Molina. Pixar began developing the animation in 2016; Unkrich and some of the film's crew visited Mexico for research. Composer Michael Giacchino, who had worked on prior Pixar animated features, composed the score. With a cost of $175 million, Coco is the first film with a nine-figure budget to feature an all-Latino principal cast.
